Tracking

Water tracking

Turning on water tracking, setting a daily goal, and exporting to Apple Health.

Water tracking is off by default. Turn it on under Settings, Water Tracking, and a water widget appears on the Home tab.

The water tracking settings, with a daily goal in ounces and quick-add buttons for a glass, a bottle and a large drink.

Setting it up

The default daily goal is 64 fluid ounces, adjustable to whatever you want. Quick-add buttons cover a glass (8oz), a bottle (16oz) and a large drink (32oz), with metric equivalents of 250ml, 500ml and 1 liter. There's a custom amount for anything else.

Apple Health and Health Connect

Water logged in Food Loops can be exported to Apple Health or Health Connect, so it shows up alongside everything else you track.
