By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the app.
By downloading, installing, or otherwise using the Food Loops app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any future modifications.
Food Loops is a food tracking and nutritional analysis application designed to help you monitor your meals, track calorie intake, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The app provides insights and tools for managing your dietary habits; however, it is not a substitute for professional nutritional or medical advice. Please note that there is no guarantee that you will meet your weight goals by using the app.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property included in the Food Loops app are the property of Rubber Bands LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the content without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rubber Bands LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including any errors or omissions in the content provided.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the app after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rubber Bands LLC operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Food Loops may offer subscription-based features through the mobile application. All subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) or the Google Play Store (for Android devices) are managed and billed through the respective store and subject to their terms and conditions. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your relevant App Store account settings, and your access to subscription benefits will continue until the end of the current subscription period. All billing disputes, refund requests, and subscription management issues must be addressed through the respective App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to abide by the billing terms and policies of Apple Inc. or Google Play, as applicable.
