Tracking

Streaks

How streaks are counted, when they break, and the milestones along the way.

A streak counts consecutive days on which you logged food. It breaks when more than one calendar day passes without a log.

The streak screen, showing the current logging streak, the longest streak, the next milestone, and a grid of earned milestone flames.

Milestones

Milestones land at 1, 7, 14, 30, 60, 90, 100 and 365 days. The streak screen shows your current streak, your longest, and how far you are from the next milestone, and you can share a card of it.

What streaks are for

Consistency is the input that makes everything else in the app work — insights need three days in the last seven, the forecast needs regular weigh-ins. The streak exists to make that consistency visible.

If a streak breaks, it breaks. Don't back-fill a day you didn't track just to preserve a number; a diary you've invented entries in is worse than useless for spotting patterns.
