Logging food
Combos and favorites
Save meals you eat repeatedly so logging them again takes one tap.
A combo is a group of foods you log together as one item — your usual breakfast, say. A favorite is a single food you've flagged for quick access. Both exist to make repeat logging fast.
Combos
Create one from the Foods tab. A combo needs at least two items, and once saved it logs all of them in a single tap. If your breakfast is the same five things most mornings, this turns a two-minute job into a two-second one.
Favorites
Tap the heart on any food or combo. The Foods tab can then filter to show favorites instead of recents, which is faster than searching once your library has a few hundred entries in it.
Food Loops doesn't have a separate "recipes" feature. Combos are the equivalent, and they behave better for tracking because each component keeps its own nutrition data.
